In a nutshell, I stopped payment on a charge that I didn't recognize on my bank statement because it was re-occurring for an amount that I didn't authorize and enom's name was no where in the transaction description I stopped payment. They locked my account immediately (that I can Understand), they charged me $35 plus the initial charge that was disputed, deleted the website that I had built and paid for, deleted a credit amount that I should have had available and even after I cooperated with everything that they asked my domain was locked so that I couldn't even manage it from another server or transfer to another host.

They are not only bad business, but they are crooks. In addition to all this, they force you to deal with a department called risk management that only communicates through emails and you cannot get any help or communication from their so called support team. We were held hostage for 5 days and still lost money, a client, a website and credit that was available.

We will be filing suit for damages and my lawyer tells me we have a great case. I will not stop until everyone knows that they are horrible and have no customer service skills and are crooks.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $600.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

ENOM Cons: Poor customer support, Poor communications, Poor customer service skills need training, I would never treat a customer like that never.

Exact same thing happened to me.

Any tips on litigating against these folks would be greatly appreciated
